In 2014, Dr. Aramouni published his first book titled “Methods for Developing New Food Products: An Instructional Guide” that is now being used to teach undergraduate courses at six major US universities. It explains the basics of food technology and new product development from initial planning through formulation, market research, manufacturing and product launch.
